Bullycide - the STS project

Okay, so, I have assigned myself a challenge and a project.

As of today, I make my pledge and stand against Bullycide.

What is Bullycide?
(noun) Suicide by a victim of bullying, [Also spelt as Bullicide]
Bulliycide is something so many kids are facing. Their acts of suicide sprouted from constant bullying.

Bullycide - the STS Project.
STS stands for Save Their Souls. The making of a awarness video is currently in process. We aim to capture the audience and show them the pain that many people face. Face people with facts and figures, bring forward the problem many people are facing.
Our idea is compilation of different clips that will create a dramatic effect and hopefully, get our message across that it isn't okay and that you aren't alone. I believe this will take a few weeks at the least, but I believe we can do it. Yeah, it may be difficult, but if we have the chance to save lives, than we will take it. At the moment, the project is in its early stages, still at the drawing board, still writing the script. There are many idea's and now it's just down to putting them together in a way to make people think and want to help. Alot of the idea's and statistics are confronting and scary, but they are all the raw truth of the things that are really happening.
Once these sequences have been filmed, they will be put together and uploaded to Youtube.
The video will confront the issues and will show the pain that victims suffer. I won't tell too much but I will reveal that there may be a dance part, performed by my younger sister, aged 13, and one of my best friends, age 15. They are both extremely talented dancers. Erin, aged 15, has auditioned to perform over in America, at Disneyland. Mikayla, aged 13, has performed at several School competitions and at local competitions. Erin's specialty dancing is ballet, and Mikayla's, hip hop. They will be choreographing this together. Initially, they are in charge of that whole scene. I don't know what they have got planned, but I believe it has a story line.
The STS Project is honestly a collaboration of several teens to make one masterpiece that will hopefully portray our message in a way that is strong, hopefully with little controversy.
There is a small risk. A young girl created a video on suicide awarness for a school project. She uploaded this to Youtube and it has been veiwed by thousands. One parent complained to the school and she was suspended for 5 days. This was ighly unfair. I myself have watched it and it was great. She got her message across. Not only did she write and direct it, she also starred in it as Hayley Bennet, a young girl who loved school but took her life because of the bullying that occured.

I can't wait for the end result of this and am personally very, very excited for this. :D

If you are suffering from bullying, tell someone.
If you can see someone's suffering, it is never to late to do something. So I leave you with this thought:
Don't be part of the Problem, be the Solution.

Frienemies.

Frienemies - noun; People that appear as friends but treat you like absolute crap, talk about you behind your back and make you feel like shit.

Also known as: Fake, Liars, Bitches, Phonies.

I seriously hate these kind of people. Frienemies make it hard for you to trust and believe anyone.
I don't eactly get where the pleasure, from hurting people and putting people down, comes from.

It hurts, not being able to trust anyone, not knowing who your friends and who are fake.

So,
If you are one of many Frienemies, just fuck of and stop being a fucking tart. Seriously.

If you are experiencing a frienemies attack, don't worry, it get's better. You will meet real friends and they will make the hurt and mistrust go away. :)

Piercings and Tattoos.

Okay, I am kind of pissed off.

Why do people get really offensive about piercings. I was out with my friend Tori, who has angel bites, labret, middle monroe and her septum done and people just gave her dirty looks. People are always giving her shit, like, "Why would you haven holes in your face?" and "Ew, it's so gross".
Lets start with this. It is her choice. My opinion is she looks beautiful, pierced or not. She loves her piercings and wants to be a piercist so who are you to tell her that she can't or that she is gross or ugly. It like you going out and buying a pink mini skirt because you want it and you like it and you think it looks nice. it is the same with piercings.

Just because you don't like them doesn't mean no one else can.

And as a matter of fact, i alos do admire piercings and myself am getting a piercing. I am getting it because i like it. And i am not going to change my opinion because of something someone says.

The same is tattoo's.
Alot of people that get tattoos get them because they mean something to them. Some people get them because they think they are beautiful.

So who the hell are you to judge people because they like something that you don't.

Phone apps and Rage Quits.

So, I have recently aqquired a neat app on my phone which looked pretty good. I read through the comments and they all seemed pretty dandy and fair-going so I clicked, 'Install'.
After waiting for about 2 minutes to download, I was pretty happy, just clicking into it to check it out, it loads alright, slow yes, but it loads. I am then all chilled and feeling pretty awesome. Then i try the app again.
This time it takes a little longer to load.

Then my screen goes black and an error message comes up. Alright. Reboot my phone and try again. Same thing happens 4 times. I then go into my task manager to uninstall it and it lets me but takes 6 or 7 odd minutes to uninstall. Now my phone lags like walking up a down escalator. I turn off my phone and then back on. Perfectly fine.

Except my Facebook app isn't working and my Twitter is lagging majorly.

FUUUU- phone.

I am never installing any more game or fun apps again.

Girl from Wyoming.

Okay, so, when people ask, "where you from?"
I say, "Wyoming" and they give me a dirty look, turn their backs and walk away.

Wyoming has a pretty crappy in-the-dumps rep.
Know why?
Media.
The media takes one small thing and blows it up to be massive. Someone steals from a shop; "They must be from Wyoming".

Not everyone here are boganhttp://www.blogger.com/blogger.g?blogID=3880814920957107431#editor/target=post;postID=6620748978864193197s, sluts, theifs, druggo's or drunks. There are some genuinly nice, what society would call 'average' or 'normal', people. For some reason, people seem to think that no one in Wyoming has a job, income, or kids that go to church. At school's 'people get stabbed' and 'don't even think about going out at night' because everyone  is a druggo and carries a knife.
Here's a legit newsflash for you.
WE DON'T!

Yeah, okay, we have housing commisions, most suburbs do. Somebody got stabbed, yes, but people don't just get stabbed here. Anywhere somebody could get stabbed. 'Drug Bust'. Yep, we have some people wnho do like an occasional 'smoke from the pipe' as some may say. We aren't dangerous criminals, some of us are just average people.

My point is, if I tell you I'm from Wyoming, it does not mean I'm going to knife you or offer you some weed.

Some people are so ignoraant, narrow-minded and quick to judge.

Relationships. What do they mean?

Dating.
Going Out.
In a relationship.

They all mean the same thing, right?
But, how do you know when it  is meant to be? If it is right?

Well, the truth is, no one can tell you what is right and what is wrong. They can't tell you how you feel. Because, they are outsiders.

But, HOW do you know? What if something doesn't feel right?

My first actual boyfriend? His name was Daniel. I thought he was the most amazing person in the whole world. i was all of the age of 11, and i was in love with the idea of being with someone. I had seen so may movies where couples lasted forever and everyone was happy. It was when he dumped me, told me it was all a joke. It was fake. THAT moment, when i stood there, feeling worthless and alone, was when i had realized that, hey, movies are scripted and they lie. Guys aren't that romantic or sweet. I also found out that the word 'friends' was just a blanket for 'fake'. My so called 'friends' set me up with him. They knew. And i remember screaming to myself; 'WHY! WHY ARE PEOPLE SO FAKE!'. Fairytales and love stories had led me to believe that everything i saw was real. That, hey, Mr Right is there, and he loves you. I learnt that it was wrong, the hard way.

So now, in year 10, soon to turn 16, i have been through countless crushes and 6 boyfriends. I have had 1 girlfriend. Boys just pissed me off that the idea of being with a girl didn't scare me or make me sick.

One, beautiful and amazing girl had shown me that love exists.
Her name?
Jordan. But she prefers it with a Y. Jordyn.

I began to feel things that i hadn't really before. Everyime she smiled, i couldn't help that hopeless grin that spread over my face. Her touch made my heart pitter-patter. She taught me.

So, my message here is, you have to kiss a few toads until you find your prince or princess. And no matter how horrible it may seem, when you meet the one, it is more then worth it. You start living for them and they rescue you.

That is love. Not a relationship, but real, true, love.
